Linda was born and raised in the greater Chattanooga area and has built her real estate career around serving clients with care, experience, and heart. She has two children and five grandchildren, and when she is not busy leading Team Linda Carter, she enjoys shopping, walks on the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren and her dog, Brody.

Linda received her real estate license in 2015 and is an expert in helping clients buy, sell, and invest across Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida. She is passionate about leading Team Linda Carter and creating a client experience rooted in trust, communication, and genuine support.

Team Linda Carter is known for loving on their past, current, and future clients — an attitude shaped by Linda’s leadership and commitment to putting people first.

Linda looks forward to continuing to serve her clients, build lasting relationships, and help more families find their way home.

I’m a proud Tennessee girl who loves helping people find the place they’re meant to call home. Whether you’re searching for your forever home or the right investment property, I’m here to make the process feel a little easier — and a lot more personal.

When I’m not showing houses or helping clients get the keys to their next chapter, you’ll probably find me with my three dogs. And if I had it my way, I’d rescue them all!

Real estate is about more than buying and selling houses — it’s about people, their dreams, and finding the right place to put down roots.
